Information we collect
RielArt collects information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, email, telephone, the Client Portal, and other direct communications. Depending on the inquiry or service, this may include your name, work email address, business name, country, website URL, business and project details, service interest, desired market, timeline, platform preference, intended advertising location, advertising-budget range, messages, approvals, and the information needed to review or deliver the requested work.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project and advertising readiness, recommend an appropriate service or advertising platform, prepare proposals and agreements, deliver agreed services, communicate about approvals and access, provide reports and support, maintain business and legal records, and protect the website, accounts, and services from misuse.
Advertising services and client accounts
When a client engages RielArt for advertising management, RielArt may receive authorized access to client-owned Google or Meta accounts and related websites or landing pages. Depending on the approved scope, RielArt may process account identifiers, campaign settings, advertising copy and creative, targeting and budget settings, website-event and conversion information, lead or call-event information where applicable, and campaign performance data. RielArt uses this access and information to configure, monitor, optimize, report on, and support the agreed campaign.
The client retains ownership of the advertising account, campaign history, and account data. The client controls the platform payment method and pays advertising charges directly to Google or Meta. RielArt uses manager, partner, or task access where applicable and does not ask clients to share personal passwords. Required access may be removed after the service ends and the agreed handoff is complete.
Business email and workspace setup
For an approved Business Email & Workspace Setup engagement, RielArt may receive authorized administrative or delegated access to client-owned Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain-registrar, DNS, or email-provider accounts. Depending on the agreed scope, RielArt may process business contact information, user names and work email addresses, domain and DNS configuration, provider account identifiers, authorized administrative configuration information, and migration information only when migration is separately approved.
RielArt uses this access only to configure and deliver the agreed scope. RielArt does not routinely read client email content and does not own the client’s workspace tenant. The client retains ownership and control of the provider account, and appropriate access may be removed after handoff.
RielArt Client Portal
Approved clients may use the RielArt Client Portal. The portal may process a client name, approved email address, organization, project details, tasks, updates, support messages, authentication codes, session information, and basic security or activity records needed to operate the service.
Service providers
RielArt may use Formspree to deliver contact-form submissions, Calendly when a visitor chooses optional consultation scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and portal infrastructure, Resend for passwordless login email, and Stripe for approved client billing where applicable. Google and Meta process advertising-account, billing, campaign, and measurement information when a client uses their respective platforms. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain registrars, DNS providers, and email providers process account and configuration information when a client uses those services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information in jurisdictions outside the visitor’s or client’s country. RielArt does not store full payment-card details.
Cookies, local storage, and advertising measurement
The public website uses local storage to remember the selected light or dark appearance. Analytics and advertising-measurement tools are not active on the static public site as of the date shown above. If RielArt later enables Google tags, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or similar measurement technologies for its own website, those tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to understand site activity, measure inquiry paths, and attribute advertising performance. RielArt will update this policy and implement any consent controls required for the intended markets before activating non-essential measurement technologies.
External services may use their own cookies or storage when a visitor chooses to open or use them. The privacy choices and controls offered by those services are governed by their respective policies and settings.
International processing
RielArt serves clients in more than one country and uses service providers that may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information processed outside your country may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction. RielArt reviews provider and contractual safeguards as appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, agreed service, account access, support, legal obligations, dispute handling, and business records. When advertising management ends, the client retains campaign history in the client-owned platform account. RielArt removes access and handles locally retained reports or exports according to the agreement, applicable requirements, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information held in relation to your inquiry or service, request corrections, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask for deletion where legal, security, recordkeeping, and contractual requirements allow. Advertising-account administrators may also manage platform users, payment methods, privacy settings, and access through Google or Meta.
