Information we collect
RielArt collects information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, email, telephone, and scheduling tools. This may include your name, email address, company, project details, and meeting information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain records, and protect the website and business from misuse.
RielArt Client Portal
Approved clients may use the RielArt Client Portal. The portal may process a client name, approved email address, organization, project details, tasks, updates, support messages, authentication codes, session information, and basic security or activity records needed to operate the service.
Service providers
The website and portal may use Formspree for contact submissions, Calendly for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and portal infrastructure, Resend for passwordless login email, and Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, and billing. These providers may process information on RielArt’s behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. RielArt does not store full payment-card details.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores your light or dark appearance preference in local storage. Calendly may set cookies or make third-party requests after you choose the booking tab. No advertising cookies are intentionally set by the static site itself.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, legal obligations, and business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information held in relation to your inquiry, request corrections, or ask for deletion where legal and contractual requirements allow.
