This website describes RielArt’s current areas of work, example packages, and general process. Website content is informational and does not replace a written proposal or project agreement.
Proposals and project agreements
Every paid project is governed by the accepted proposal or agreement, which defines scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, ownership, third-party costs, and termination terms.
Pricing and online orders
Prices are shown in US dollars. The Digital Foundation and Focused Automation Setup are fixed-scope starting services that can be ordered online through Stripe. Taxes, third-party software, hosting, domains, premium assets, usage charges, and work outside the listed scope are not included unless explicitly stated. Custom connected systems require a written proposal.
Client Portal access
The RielArt Client Portal is available only to approved client email addresses. Login codes are single-use and should not be shared. Clients are responsible for protecting access to their email account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Portal content is provided for the relevant client engagement and does not replace the signed proposal, service agreement, or Stripe billing records.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, approved content, legal permissions, and timely consolidated feedback. Delays in those items can change the project schedule.
Intellectual property and ownership
Ownership and licensing are defined in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, third-party software, fonts, stock assets, and licensed components remain subject to their original terms.
No guaranteed business outcome
RielArt will perform the agreed work with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume, cost savings, or other business results that depend on factors outside the project scope.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not copy substantial original content, interfere with the website, or misrepresent RielArt’s work or identity.
