Website information

This website describes RielArt’s current services, scope, pricing, and general process. Website content is informational and does not replace an accepted proposal, service agreement, or other written scope. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

Proposals and project agreements

Every paid project is governed by an accepted proposal or agreement that defines the applicable scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, ownership, third-party costs, approvals, renewal, cancellation, suspension, and termination terms. If website copy conflicts with an accepted agreement, the accepted agreement controls for that engagement.

Public services and pricing

RielArt’s two primary public services are Brand & Website Launch at $599 USD one time and Focused Ads Management at $349 USD per month. Focused Ads Management begins with a three-month initial commitment. Advertising spend is separate. No public checkout is currently offered for these services; commercial calls to action lead to the project inquiry process.

Business Email & Workspace Setup is an optional setup—not a third primary service—and starts at $149 USD one time for a straightforward new setup. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscriptions, domain registration and renewals, premium software, and other provider fees are paid separately by the client unless an accepted written scope expressly says otherwise.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, advertising spend, hosting, domains, software, premium plugins, fonts, stock assets, platform fees, usage charges, and other third-party costs are not included unless the applicable written scope expressly says otherwise.

Brand & Website Launch

Brand & Website Launch is a defined one-time service for a practical brand direction and responsive business website. The public service description identifies the standard inclusions and exclusions. Final page structure, client content responsibilities, timeline, access requirements, revision limits, ownership, and any work outside the standard scope are confirmed before work begins.

Business Email & Workspace Setup

The optional starting scope is for a straightforward new setup on one existing business domain, through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, for up to three users. The accepted written scope confirms the provider, users, domain and DNS access, account configuration, security baseline, aliases or shared addresses where appropriate, handoff, and any work outside that starting scope.

The client owns and controls the workspace tenant, domain, accounts, and provider relationship and pays provider charges directly. Where supported, the client should grant appropriate administrative or delegated access rather than share personal passwords. RielArt access may be removed after the agreed handoff. Existing email migration, larger teams, multiple domains, pre-existing email or DNS remediation, and more complex environments require separate review and written scope.

Focused Ads Management

The standard Focused Ads Management service covers one advertising platform, one business, one website, one country or clearly defined regional market, one advertising language, and one primary service or offer. RielArt recommends Google or Meta after reviewing the business, offer, market, available budget, website readiness, conversion path, assets, and other relevant conditions.

An existing website or landing page must pass an advertising-readiness review. RielArt may recommend corrections or Brand & Website Launch when important issues would limit the campaign. An advertising client is not automatically required to purchase the website service, and purchasing it does not guarantee advertising results. Multi-country, multilingual, additional-platform, additional-offer, or materially different campaign requirements need separate review and written approval.

Advertising accounts, access, and billing

The client owns the advertising account, campaign history, and account data. The client adds and controls the platform payment method and pays advertising charges directly to Google or Meta. The $349 monthly RielArt fee does not include advertising spend.

RielArt receives the manager, partner, or task access reasonably required to provide the agreed service. Clients must not share personal passwords and must maintain required access while active management is being provided. RielArt access may be removed after termination and the agreed handoff. RielArt will not create an account under RielArt ownership when the account should belong to the client.

Campaign approvals and client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful and properly licensed source assets, substantiation for factual claims, offer terms, required disclosures, account access, platform funding, privacy notices, and timely approvals and consolidated feedback. Clients are also responsible for the sales process, lead handling, and legal or regulatory requirements that apply to their business, market, products, and services.

RielArt may decline, pause, or require correction of advertising or website work when required access, funding, approvals, permissions, substantiation, or policy compatibility is missing. Platform review or RielArt’s work does not replace the client’s responsibility to obtain appropriate legal advice for regulated claims, privacy, consumer terms, or other compliance obligations.

Conversion tracking and website access

Basic conversion tracking is provided only where technically possible, supported by the website and selected platform, permitted by the approved scope, and compatible with applicable privacy and consent requirements. Advanced offline conversion, customer-list, CRM, funnel, or other integrations require separate review.

When RielArt did not build the website, any campaign-related access or edits are subject to review of the platform, code, plugins, theme, permissions, licences, backups, and technical condition. Work that cannot be completed safely within the agreed allowance requires separate approval and scope.

Website-edit allowance

Focused Ads Management includes up to one hour per month of minor website or landing-page changes that directly support the active campaign. Unused time does not roll over. The allowance does not include new pages, full-page redesigns, new websites, large layout changes, ecommerce or booking-system development, advanced integrations, extensive copywriting, technical work unrelated to advertising, unlimited changes, or unlimited revisions.

Initial commitment, renewal, and termination

Focused Ads Management begins with a three-month initial commitment. The initial period allows time to configure tracking, build and launch the campaign, gather useful data, and make informed improvements; it does not promise that meaningful results will occur within three months. The accepted agreement states the applicable billing dates, renewal arrangement after the initial period, cancellation notice, suspension rights, termination process, and any refund terms.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain registrars, DNS providers, email providers, hosting providers, website platforms, and other third parties control their own services, policies, account and domain verification, advertising review, billing systems, outages, availability, and technical changes. RielArt does not guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted delivery, a particular placement, email delivery or inbox placement, or reversal of an account restriction. Work required because of a third-party change, restriction, outage, or pre-existing account problem—including email migration or remediation—may require separate review and written scope.

Client Portal access

The RielArt Client Portal is available only to approved client email addresses. Login codes are single-use and should not be shared. Clients are responsible for protecting access to their email account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Portal content supports the relevant engagement but does not replace the accepted proposal, service agreement, or applicable billing records.

Intellectual property and ownership

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Client-provided materials remain subject to the client’s rights and permissions. Pre-existing tools, advertising platforms, third-party software, fonts, stock assets, approved client assets, and licensed components remain subject to their original terms.

No guaranteed business outcome

Advertising results vary based on the market, offer, competition, budget, website, targeting, customer demand, and sales process. RielArt does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or return on advertising spend.

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not copy substantial original content, interfere with the website, or misrepresent RielArt’s work or identity.
